Intermediate Accountant

Salt is committed to delivering exceptional service, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join our established team as we expand.
We currently have an opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join our team. The successful applicant will:
Have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business services accounting, including preparation of tax returns and financials for a range of business and individual clients.
Be CA/CPA Qualified or have commenced the qualification.
Be comfortable following documented procedures and providing input for continuous improvement on a personal and team level.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Be driven to grow and improve with the organisation.
Client Services Administrator – Financial Planning Division
We are looking for a Client Service Administrator in our Financial Planning Division, who can provide high quality service to our clients.
The successful applicant will join our growth orientated, flexible workplace of energetic professionals where you can continue to develop your career.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience within a financial planning business.
Process driven
Team oriented
Experience with Worksorted software is desirable but not essential.
Clear verbal and written skills.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Show initiative, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
Looking to progress into a Client Services Manager role in the future.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Assisting with implementation of advice relating to superannuation, investments and insurance.
Completion of new business documentation for the implementation of financial advice.
Organisation of client meeting bookings.
Assisting with meeting preparation.
Providing admin support to advisers and other staff.
Managing Centrelink communication and forms.
Liaising with and workflow co-ordination of external providers.
Ensuring advice process and documents meet and conform to Licensee Standards.
Liaising with and taking client calls/emails, including routine enquiries.
